OBS October Sale Concludes With Gains Across Board

The Ocala Breeders’ Gross sales October Yearling Sale concluded Oct. 8 with positive aspects seen throughout the board. A complete of 309 horses modified fingers throughout the two-day sale for gross receipts of $7,267,700, together with non-public gross sales—a 27% enhance on final yr’s gross of $5,724,600, from 297 head bought. Kaizen Gross sales bought 34 head for a complete of $1,133,000 to be the sale’s main consignor; and West Coast Equine was the main purchaser with 13 purchases totaling $287,000.
