Over 110 Washington Thoroughbred racing members and aficionados gathered at Emerald Downs on Saturday, February 28, to have a good time the Washington Thoroughbred business’s 2025 equine champions and honor a couple of treasured business people for his or her accomplishments and dedication to the horses and the game.
