Stakes Status of Troy, Galway Remain Downgraded



The stakes standing of the Troy Stakes (G3) and the Galway Stakes, each off-the-turf editions run Aug. 10 at Saratoga Race Course, will stay downgraded as a consequence of being moved to the principle monitor, in line with the American Graded Stakes Committee.
